Consumer cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. A consumer is a natural person entering into a transaction mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right

Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of cancellation

We will refund payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your cancellation notice. We use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and do not charge a refund fee.

Service during the cancellation period

If you expressly request that the service begin during the cancellation period and later cancel, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already supplied. Details are shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.

Free trial

No payment is normally due when cancellation occurs during an unpaid trial. Once a paid subscription begins, statutory consumer cancellation rules apply.
